The TotalSense RFID handscanner is an inventory management solution for perioperative spaces that enables hospitals to keep inventory on existing shelving configurations and perform periodic automated counting using the user-friendly Identi Mobile app. Installed on a mobile device and connected via Bluetooth to the RFID Mobile Reader, the app allows you to:

HOW IT WORKS

How it works

An RFID tag is attached to each gas unit or curtain.

(Curtains can be sewn with a special washable tag.)By Swiping the RFID hand reader all items are counted, and the information is transferred via Bluetooth to your mobile device, and thru the cloud to the ERP.

Using IdentiPlatform software, a time plan for replacement and maintenance is defined in advance, according to individual parameters for each department (e.g., departments with a risk of high vs. low pollution).

Each curtain or gas unit is assigned a specific location, allowing for easy detection.

The system sends alerts and tracking reports.

Movement of single item or stack unit is tracked 

throughout the hospital and at service provider venues.
