VP Research & Development

Alon Negbi IDENTI’s VP Research and Development Director. Alon has 25 years of experience leading software teams to develop complex technology products.

Shmulik Bakerman

VP Sales & Business Development

Shmulik Bakerman is VP of Sales and Business Development. His background includes senior positions as COO and Executive VP at Sarel, Israel’s GPO for public healthcare.

Limor Belilti is IDENTI’s Head of Customer Support. She has experience managing complex projects for software implementation, as well as managing customer relations.

Lisa Miller is a recognized leader in healthcare performance improvement, advising hospital executives on margin enhancement, process optimization, technology integration and growth strategies. Lisa founded VIE Healthcare Consulting in 1999, delivering financial and operational improvements that generated over $1 billion for hospitals and healthcare institutions.

Dr. Ann Williamson, PhD, RN, NEA-BC Former Regional Chief Nurse Executive at Kaiser Permanente Northern California with decades of executive experience in clinical and nursing leadership roles in the US and internationally, including Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics, and UCSF Medical Center. Her PhD work focused on health systems utilization and informatics.

Nancy Duffy, CMRP Director of Supply Chain at AnMed Health and Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) with deep expertise in procurement, value analysis, logistics, and system-wide optimization. She also serves on the advisory boards, guiding innovation in hospital operations.

Jane Kusler-Jensen

Jane Kusler-Jensen, MBA, BSN, RN, CNOR, FABC Former Specialist Leader at Deloitte Consulting with 40+ years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare transformation, and perioperative leadership. She helped hospitals across the U.S. improve care delivery through complex operational and workforce redesigns to include use of AI technology.

Geoffrey P. Cole

M.D., MBA

Geoffrey P. Cole, M.D., MBA Board-certified neurosurgeon and former Chief Medical Officer at Piedmont Rockdale Hospital with over 40 years in clinical practice and healthcare leadership. He led major safety and quality initiatives across the Piedmont Healthcare system and taught healthcare finance at the University of Georgia's College of Public Health.

Jake Groenewold

Jake Groenewold, MBA Former Chief Supply Chain Officer at Froedtert Health with more than 30 years of experience across provider systems, GPOs, and distribution. He’s held executive roles at AMITA Health, Presence Health, and Vizient, with a focus on building resilient and efficient supply chain systems. Jake is currently an executive Advisor to Froedtert ThedaCare Health.
