IDENTI Medical Sales team is growing and looking to hire a Sales Director with experience selling to hospitals and surgical centers. IDENTI Medical is a publicly-traded health-tech company that develops, manufactures, and implements cloud-based solutions for the healthcare industry. The company initiates sales base in Germany and the region and is looking to recruit a sales leader to lead the sales together with the HQs VP sales

Job Description

Manage the sales process for new business opportunities to meet sales goals:

  • Conduct business development activities to grow sales, nurturing leads until a complete sale is done
  • Coordinate meetings, communication, and deliverables as primary sales point of contact.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key client decision-makers through consistent engagement and support and create sales proposals that address the specific needs of the client organization.
  • Support contract negotiations and manage pipeline and forecast to drive sales opportunities to closure against a sales quota


Job Requirements

  • Proven 7 years at least of sales to hospitals – Mandatory.
  • Proven 4 years at least experience in selling management software to hospitals – Mandatory
  • Proven experience in selling solutions to C level at hospitals – Mandatory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/ information systems – Mandatory
  • Proven track record and remarkable sales performance (exceeding sales target) – Mandatory

Willing to travel a significant part of the time to hospitals in Germany
