Implementing new technology across a hospital is more than a one-time installation. Every healthcare technology implementation requires coordinated expertise across strategy, project management, system integration, deployment, training, and post-Go-Live support.
IDENTI has guided more than 100 hospitals through implementation from planning through Go-Live. That experience has shaped a coordinated implementation approach built around six specialized functions, each providing expertise at a critical stage of the process. Together, they prepare the technology, the organization, and its users for successful adoption.
From Strategy to Execution
Every hospital technology implementation starts with clear governance, defined responsibilities, and a well-structured plan.
The Strategic Program Manager serves as IDENTI’s executive point of contact and trusted advisor throughout the program. This role leads executive governance, steering committee meetings, implementation strategy, and executive communications, and manages risk escalation to ensure the program delivers the expected clinical, operational, and financial outcomes.
Working alongside them, the Implementation Manager leads day-to-day execution, coordinating project schedules, logistics, site readiness, resources, integration planning, and issue management. This role serves as the primary coordinator between IDENTI teams and hospital stakeholders.
Preparing the Technology and the People

Technology readiness is only one part of implementation. Successful technology adoption also requires preparing users for the transition and helping them embrace new workflows.
The Integration Team configures the IDENTIPlatform and manages ERP, EHR, and MMIS integrations. This team validates interfaces and supports testing and production readiness, including User Acceptance Testing.
The Deployment & Go-Live Team manages hardware installation, device configuration, connectivity validation, and system commissioning, and provides on-site technical support during Go-Live activities.
At the same time, the Training Team delivers administrator, super-user, and end-user training and develops the materials that support it. This team builds user readiness and ensures successful adoption of new workflows before Go-Live.
Success Doesn’t End at Go-Live
Go-Live is a major milestone, but a successful implementation continues after deployment.
The Customer Success Team leads Hypercare following Go-Live, monitoring system adoption and performance, managing data and analysis, and supporting workflow optimization. This team also reviews KPIs with hospital leadership and manages the transition to long-term operational success.
Why the Right Healthcare Technology Implementation Team Matters
Each function has a distinct responsibility, but the real value comes from how these teams work together. Strategy, execution, integration, deployment, training, and post-Go-Live support form a continuous path from planning to sustained adoption.
For hospitals introducing new technology across clinical and procedural environments, having the right expertise at each stage keeps implementation on track and reduces disruption to daily operations.
