Nathan Fargeon is a healthcare technology implementation and growth leader with deep expertise in deploying AI-driven supply chain and inventory automation systems within hospital environments. As Vice President of Solutions & Growth at IDENTI Medical, he oversees solution strategy, implementation execution, and long-term adoption across hospitals and surgical centers throughout the United States.
Nathan’s role spans the full lifecycle of hospital engagement — from pre-deployment assessment and solution design through installation, training, and ongoing optimization. He works closely with clinical teams, supply chain leaders, IT departments, and executive stakeholders to ensure IDENTI’s technology integrates seamlessly into existing workflows and delivers sustained operational value.
A core focus of Nathan’s work is operating room and procedural area inventory management, where manual processes and fragmented systems often lead to waste, missed charge capture, and financial leakage. He has led numerous implementations that leverage AI, computer vision, image recognition, and RFID technologies to automate point-of-use data capture, improve inventory accuracy, and strengthen revenue integrity.
Nathan brings strong technical knowledge of hospital information systems, EHRs, interoperability frameworks, and clinical workflows. This enables him to design implementations that align with hospital IT architecture while minimizing disruption to clinical staff. His ability to bridge clinical, operational, and technical teams has been critical to achieving adoption at scale.
Before his current role, Nathan served as Regional Director and Solutions Engineer for IDENTI Medical in the Northeastern United States, where he served as the primary technical and operational liaison for hospital customers. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles in operations and solution design, building a foundation in systems thinking, customer enablement, and operational execution.
Nathan holds a BSc in Information Systems Management. His background combines technical expertise with practical, on-site experience, positioning him as a trusted partner for hospitals seeking to modernize supply chain operations, reduce waste, and achieve measurable return on investment through automation.
